Field Crest Assisted Living offers 2 different units on our campus: The Suites and Crest View Villa. Each unit provides 24-hour staffing and offers a variety of care options that can be individualized to best meet your needs.

The Suites

The Suites is a smaller setting with nine units: six efficiency apartments (200 sq. ft.) and three larger suites (335 sq. ft.) 

Crest View Villa

Crest View Villa has 20 apartments to choose from including one or two-bedroom units.

    One Bedroom: 418 sq. ft.                   Two Bedroom: 582 sq. ft.

The following amenities are included in the monthly residency fee:

• Spacious, bright apartment with a controlled entrance
• Registered nurse on-site full-time
• Registered nurse available on-call 24 hours a day
• Ongoing Registered Nurse assessments
• Care staff on-site 24 hours a day
• Pendant service responds to our on-site staff
• A daily program of social and recreational activities
• Daily “I’m Okay” checks
• Utilities: heat, A/C, electricity, water/sewer, garbage
• Anytime snacks
• Maintenance of apartment and appliances
• Use of laundry room at no cost

Field Crest Assisted Living offers the following personalized healthcare services at an additional cost:

• Dressing and grooming assistance
• Bathing assistance
• Medication management
• Housekeeping
• Laundry services
• Meal packages
• Escorts to meals and programs
• On-campus beauty and barbershop services
• Telephone
• Cable television (included at The Suites)
